I'm Rebecca "Becky" Welch, founder of Bayfront Digital Designs — based right here in Spanish Fort, Alabama. I started this business to help local skilled trades show up online the way they show up on the job.

For the past 6+ years at Amazon, I've delivered in-app design and development strategy for 50+ business lines, dissecting the use of features that turn a search into a sale for millions of customers every day.

Before Amazon, I spent 8 years as a federal employee with the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Air Force, managing construction, facilities, preventative maintenance, and vehicle maintenance contracts that kept operations running for thousands of personnel. I worked side-by-side with skilled tradespeople every day — HVAC techs, electricians, mechanics, plumbers, masons, fence crews — and I learned firsthand that the best operators in the trades often struggle to market themselves online. I'm an Auburn University grad and long-time Alabama resident.
